Under the auspices of the Presidency and managed by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), this program offers early-career opportunities—such as internships, job shadowing, and training—provided by public institutions, universities, and thousands of private-sector organizations. You can submit your application via https://ulusalstajprogrami.iskur.gov.tr.

During the application process, you will encounter sections designed to highlight your competencies. Filling out these fields accurately and completely will contribute to your competency score; every point you earn brings you closer to the opportunities offered by your target organizations. Therefore, please ensure that every document you upload meets all the required validation criteria. You can find these criteria by clicking the "i" buttons located next to each question on the "Application Form." Additionally, please note that if you have applied for or participated in (or even if you did not participate in) an internship, job shadowing, or training program in previous years, you are still eligible to apply this year by updating your information and documents.
