In this sense, the generation, transmission, distribution and efficient use of electrical energy has become increasingly important. Today, while technological developments are advancing rapidly to meet this need, a new sector and employment area has emerged in terms of service and manufacturing. World-scale companies operating in this field have emerged. And product diversity has increased rapidly. In addition to these, competition in the sector has become more and more intense day by day, requiring the use of information. Depending on the increase in living standards in our country, it is estimated that there will be significant investments in the electric energy sector in terms of production and service network in the future, and therefore an increase in employment will be seen. The program has been developed in collaboration with national and international experts, representatives of the Higher Education Council and academics, stakeholders and representatives of the job market and professionals. During this process, occupational analysis was carried out in the labor market, the qualifications of professional staff were determined, program contents were created and documents were prepared according to all these data.
